Total Solar Energy Rejection (TSER)
Total Solar Energy Rejection (TSER) is a total performance measurement factoring in the entire solar spectrum rather than select wavelengths. TSER can be used to accurately compare the total performance of one window film to another whereas single region measurements cannot. We invite you to compare our films’ TSER percentages to any other brand with a matching VLT%; e.g. a VLT 35% film with another VLT 35% film and not a with a VLT 40% film.

Electric Vehicles
Extreme climates can significantly affect the range in your electric car. When it is hot, you turn up your AC. When it is cold, you turn up the heater. Both can zap the range of your electric car by 5%. Spectra Photosync IRD® will reduce cabin temperatures in the summer time; thus, allowing for the AC use to be reduced. During winter months, cold temperatures can cause a range reduction by 35%-40%.
