BC Forged North America is the sole North American distributor of BC Forged wheels, which are made in BC’s own facility in Taiwan. Here is what that means for you.
Forged strength, less weight
Every BC Forged wheel starts as forged 6061-T6 aluminum, pressed on 10,000-ton forging presses and heat treated. BC says this makes a wheel that is “not only strong but stiff and lightweight,” and designs each one to reduce overall weight while keeping its strength.
Built for your exact car
BC Forged wheels are custom made per order: width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore and lug seat are machined for your car, and concavity or lip size is set by your specs and the brake clearance your car needs.
Finishes your way
28 translucent brushed and bright colors plus 14 solid colors, all included in the build. Two-piece wheels get one finish for the center and one for the lip, plus a hardware finish.
Big brakes and TPMS
BC’s design pages list monoblock wheels as accommodating big brakes and TPMS compatible. Monoblock and step-lip wheels take direct TPMS sensors; flat-lip modular wheels come with TPMS sensor mounts.

BC Forged lists 158 monoblock and 120 2-piece modular designs. The series differ in concave and lip shape, machining and center style.

How they’re made
Forged, machined and finished under one roof.
BC Forged’s facility in Changhua City, Taiwan has two 10,000-ton forging presses, heat-treat equipment, more than 20 mills and lathes, and its own finishing line.
- 6061 aluminumIt starts as extruded 6061 aluminum bar stock.
- 10,000-ton forgingPressed into raw forgings under 10,000 tons of pressure, then flow forged for monoblock wheel skirts and modular barrels.
- T6 heat treatQuenched and aged to the T6 temper.
- CNC machiningRough and final CNC lathe work, then four- and five-axis milling of the design.
- Finish and testQuality control, prep and powdercoating. BC tests for impact, cornering and radial fatigue, and its design pages list JWL and VIA certification.

Forged wheels are an investment. We handle fitment, tires and installation in one Houston shop, on equipment chosen to protect your wheels and get the ride right.
Fitment first
We spec the diameter, width and offset for your car and your tires, and check brake clearance, bolt pattern, center bore, lug seat and TPMS before the wheels are made.
Mounted without levers
New tires go on with our leverless Corghi Artiglio 500, so no tire iron is pried against your new forged wheels. Then each wheel is Road Force balanced on our Hunter Road Force Elite.
Aligned and calibrated
We finish with a Hofmann geoliner 660 alignment and, on a Tesla, set the steering angle with Tesla Toolbox. EVS Motors is a Tesla Approved Collision Center with Tesla’s training for it.

- Fitment and orderWe confirm specs for your car and order your set. BC Forged’s ordering process includes 2D cross-section drawings that show the concavity or lip size at your specs.
- Built to orderBC Forged builds your wheels in its own facility in Changhua City, Taiwan. BC says lead times are usually 4 to 6 weeks, delivered, and vary through the year.
- Installed in HoustonTires mounted leverless, Road Force balanced, wheels installed and the car aligned, all in our shop.
Tire installation $285 for 4 ($71.25 per tire) · tires over 32″ diameter $350 for 4 ($87.50 per tire) · new valve stems $3.50 each, unless yours are good. Wheels and tires are quoted separately. Quotes are estimates. If there’s ever a pricing error, we’ll confirm the correct price with you before starting any work.

What is the difference between BC Forged monoblock and 2-piece modular wheels?
A BC Forged monoblock wheel is a single piece of forged 6061-T6 aluminum. A 2-piece modular wheel is a forged 6061-T6 center fastened to a forged 6061-T6 lip/barrel with stainless steel assembly hardware, so the center and lip can have different finishes. Monoblock wheels come in one finish.
Will BC Forged wheels fit my Tesla?
BC Forged wheels are custom made per order, with vehicle-specific center bores, many bolt pattern options and the lug seat machined for your car. BC’s own gallery includes Tesla Model 3 Performance and Model S builds. We confirm diameter, width, offset, brake clearance and TPMS for your exact Tesla before anything is ordered.
How long do BC Forged wheels take?
BC Forged says most of its wheels are custom made per vehicle and per order, and lead times usually run 4 to 6 weeks, delivered, varying through the year. Once your wheels arrive, mounting, balancing and alignment are same-day jobs at our shop.
What finishes can I choose?
BC Forged offers 28 translucent colors (brushed or bright metal under a tinted clear) and 14 solid colors, in gloss, satin or matte, all included in the build. Polished is offered on 2-piece lips only. BC doesn’t do custom colors outside its list.
Do BC Forged wheels have a warranty?
Yes. BC Forged states that all of its wheels carry a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finishing warranty.
Will my Tesla’s TPMS sensors work?
BC says its monoblock and step-lip modular wheels are direct TPMS sensor compatible, and flat-lip modular wheels come with 90-degree valve stems and TPMS sensor mounts. Our tire installation includes moving your TPMS sensors if needed.
Can I keep my Tesla center caps?
Every BC Forged set comes with BC Forged milled logo center caps in your wheel or center finish. BC also offers OEM center cap machining, so the wheels accept the caps from your original wheels, for an extra charge.
How much do BC Forged wheels cost?
