At EVS Motors, Houston Tesla service starts with your car’s condition—not an engine-oil-change package. Bring us your Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X or Cybertruck for diagnostics, inspections, tires, alignment, suspension, brakes, electrical and A/C concerns.

Tesla Service Center, independent specialist, or general mechanic?
“Tesla service” can mean a factory warranty appointment, a tire rotation, or finding the cause of a charging alert. Those are different jobs. Start with the reason for your visit.
Tesla’s own service centers
Use Tesla for Tesla warranty claims and recalls. Tesla decides what its warranty covers. EVS is not a Tesla-owned service center, and our collision approval does not mean we perform Tesla factory warranty service.
EVS: independent Tesla service
Come here for out-of-warranty diagnosis and repair, non-covered wear items, tires, alignment, suspension and brakes. We can also document concerns before your warranty expires. For body damage, we are a Tesla Approved Collision Center.
More than a generic maintenance menu
A general mechanic may offer common wear-item work. For your Tesla, ask how the shop diagnoses EV warnings, handles the wheels and verifies alignment. At EVS, we use leverless tire mounting, Road Force balancing and imaging alignment with Tesla steering-angle calibration.

Routine care & inspections
Tire rotation, cabin filters, wipers, brake-fluid checks and suspension inspections keep the visit focused on what an EV actually needs. Teslas have no engine oil to change. Warranty ending? Our 96-point pre-warranty inspection is $350 and includes a written report you can take to Tesla.
Tires & alignment
Uneven tire wear, a steering-wheel pull or vibration deserves a check before the next set of tires. We use a Corghi Artiglio 500 leverless changer, Hunter Road Force Elite balancer and Hofmann Geoliner 660 aligner. Rotation is $100; stock 4-wheel alignment is $285. Explore tires and alignment.
Suspension & camber arms
Bring us clunks, creaks, a harsh ride or inner-edge tire wear. We inspect control arms and air-suspension concerns and quote the cause, not just the symptom. Model-specific rear camber-arm prices below include parts and installation, with alignment totals shown separately. Suspension options.
Brake service
Regenerative braking does not remove the need to inspect the friction brakes. Squealing, pulsation or a change in pedal feel calls for a check. We inspect and service pads, rotors and the braking system; repair pricing follows the findings.
Electrical, battery & A/C
We diagnose low-voltage electrical faults, charge-port and charging problems, high-voltage battery and drive-unit warnings, and A/C and thermal-system concerns at $185/hr. Most diagnosis takes about one hour. Battery or A/C repair is quoted after diagnosis; there is no one-price fix for every warning.
Collision service
Accident damage needs a body-repair plan, not a routine maintenance appointment. As a Tesla Approved Collision Center, EVS handles collision repair, diagnostic scans and camera/sensor calibration, and works with your insurance company. See Tesla collision repair or request a collision estimate.

Is EVS a Tesla Service Center?
No. EVS Motors is an independent shop, not Tesla’s own service center. We are a Tesla Approved Collision Center. Visit Tesla for Tesla warranty and recall work; come to EVS for independent service and out-of-warranty diagnosis and repair.
Do Teslas need oil changes?
No. Teslas have no combustion engine and no engine oil to change. Service instead focuses on tires, alignment, brakes, cabin filters, wipers, suspension and checking electrical and thermal-system concerns. The right work depends on your model, mileage and condition.
What Houston Tesla service do you offer?
EVS offers diagnostics, 96-point pre-warranty inspections, tire rotation, tire installation and Road Force balancing, alignment, suspension and camber arms, brakes, low-voltage electrical and charging diagnosis, high-voltage battery and drive-unit diagnostics, A/C and thermal-system repair, and Tesla-approved collision repair.
How much does a Tesla service visit cost?
It depends on the work. Repairs without a published price are quoted after diagnosis, before work starts.
Can EVS service a Tesla that is still under warranty?
We can handle non-covered items such as tires and alignment, and inspect a car before its warranty expires. Tesla decides warranty coverage. Take covered repairs and recalls to Tesla; our $350 pre-warranty inspection provides a written report you can bring to Tesla.

How do I arrange a service visit?
Send a quote request or call 888-878-2213. A request is not a confirmed appointment; EVS calls or emails to confirm the time. After you accept an estimate, a $100 deposit goes toward your bill and is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. We are open Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, and closed Sundays and Mondays.
