Program description
EVS Motors text messages are customer care and account notifications for customers who have opted in: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and invoice links, repair status and pickup updates, and two-way conversations with our staff about your vehicle. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the optional text message box when you request a quote or check in your vehicle on evsmotors.com, or by telling our staff in person or by phone that you agree to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your service. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 888-878-2213 or [email protected].
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
