Insurance claims made easy
Your car. Your choice of shop.
We work with your insurance company from estimate to delivery, so you don’t have to be the go-between.
You choose the shop
Your insurer can recommend a shop, but in Texas they can’t make you use one (Texas Insurance Code §1952.301). Tell them you’re taking it to EVS Motors.
We handle the insurer
We send the photos and estimate to your adjuster, follow up on approvals and request a supplement if we find hidden damage once panels are off.
We keep you posted
We call or email you as the claim moves along: insurer approvals, parts and your repair, and post progress in My Garage.
No surprise bills
On a covered claim, your deductible is usually the only thing you pay at pickup. Anything outside the claim needs your OK first.
Insurance claim with a claim number? We can pick up your car. We don’t offer loaners.

Questions
Collision estimate questions.
How fast can I get a collision estimate?
Same day repair/collision estimates in most cases. Send photos here and book a quick inspection; inspections take about 30 minutes.
Is the estimate from my photos the final price?
No. Photos give us a starting point. Collisions often hide damage behind panels, so the final number is set after teardown. If we find more, you (or your insurer) approve it first, with photos, before we do the work.
Can I keep driving my car while you order parts?
Yes, if it’s safe to drive. We inspect it, order parts and get approvals while you keep your car, then you drop it off when parts are in.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. Your insurer can recommend a shop, but in Texas they can’t make you use one (Texas Insurance Code §1952.301). General information, not legal advice.
What do I pay at pickup on an insurance claim?
On a covered claim, your deductible is usually the only thing you pay at pickup. Anything outside the claim needs your OK first.
Do you offer loaners or pickup?
We don’t offer loaners. If you have an insurance claim with a claim number, we can pick up your car.
